After breakfast, you’ll embark for Swayambhunath (UNESCO World Heritage Site) an iconic hilltop Monkey Temple that is over 2,500 years old. You’ll enjoy the panoramic 360 view of Kathmandu City and different Himalayan ranges. Afterwards, explore the historical Kathmandu Durbar Square, another UNESCO World Heritage Site where kings were crowned. Also, the living goddess kumari and kumari temple is the next attraction. One wooded temple i.e Kastamandap temple will be smiling at you with ward regards. We’ll visit the Boudhanath (UNESCO World Heritage Site)(one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu). Return to hotel, lunch, briefing about the yatra and preparation for yatra. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

We fly to the village of Lukla and begin our trek. As we trek, we will pass through several Sherpa villages, and enter the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park. After crossing the river by suspension bridge, we arrive in the village of Phakding.

We continue trekking along the Dudh Kosi River through the village of Monjo, then up the hill to Namche Bazaar. Here we will spend 3 nights in our comfortable lodge acclimatizing and enjoying the sights and cafes in Namche

After breakfast we head out of Namche and traverse the magnificent valley towards Tengboche. Here we have spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam for the first time. We arrive in Tengboche and tour the famous Tengboche Monastery, and then continue to Debuche where we spend the night.

Depart Debuche and trek through the rhododendron forest then cross the river and hike up the short hill to Pangboche. Here we visit with Lama Nawang Paljur, the high lama of the Khumbu Valley, with whom many climbers visit for blessings before heading to climb peaks such as Everest, Lhotse, or Island Peak. We continue up the valley to Periche to stay this evening.

Today we do an acclimatization hike above the village to gain spectacular views of Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Lhotse, then return to our lodge in Periche to spend the night.

After breakfast we trek onward past Thugla and arrive in Lobuche, the highest yak grazing ground in the Khumbu Valley. We overnight in Lobuche.

We go for an acclimatization hike and return to our lodge in Lobuche.

Trek to Gorak Shep. After checking into our lodge and having lunch, we hike up nearby Kala Patthar for an amazing view of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and the other surrounding peaks. We return to Gorak Shep for dinner.

We trek to Everest base camp and visit one of the climbing team camps that are in operation for the season. We sleep in Everest base camp.

Today we descend down the valley to Lobuche where we rest and prepare for our climb to Lobuche high camp.

Climb to Lobuche high camp, rest and prepare for the summit climb, then have an early dinner in preparation for our ‘alpine start.

Summit day! We awake around midnight and set out in the pre-dawn hours climbing up the fixed lines, onto the glacier, and to the summit. We descend to our high camp and continue downward to Lobuche where we are greeted with a hearty and well-deserved meal in the lodge.

The next day we trek to Namche, where we reintroduce ourselves to the comforts of the lodge and village.

Trek to Lukla and spend our final night in the mountains.

Fly Lukla to Kathmandu rest of the day at your own leisure.
