Day 1 :

ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU [1345M] | Welcoming the guests is our passion| -/-/-

Embarking on our Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D journey begins from Kathmandu, the city with the remarkable architecture dating back to the 16th Century. Our team representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. Our representative will help you check into the hotel. You will be welcomed, facilitated, and served with a beautiful hotel room. The first arrival day is entirely a break day. In the evening, you can walk around nearby tourist hubs like Thamel and Basantapur Durbar Square. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2 :

SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU | the city of arts and architecture| B/-/-

The main attraction of the second day of our Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D is the Kathmandu Valley, famous for its historical and cultural heart of Nepal with a rich artistic and cultural heritage. Kathmandu has been one of the popular destinations for international tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The valley offers a wonderful mix of Hinduism and Buddhism. Right after having breakfast, we are off to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swayambhunath Stupa. Free time after lunch for the trek preparation. Back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 :

FLY TO POKHARA [900M] 4WD DRIVE TO KIMCHE & HIKE TO GHANDRUK [1,940] |2hrs| B/-/D

Morning flight to Pokhara after breakfast at the hotel from Kathmandu airport. The 4WD drive will be followed after lunch in Pokhara. Drive to Kimche & trek up to Ghandruk for 1½ -2hrs. The trail offers the beautiful scenery of the ethnic settlement of Gurungs, and is the vantage point to glimpse the heavenly sight of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre, and Dhaulagiri. Overnight stay at a Tea house lodge to end the third day of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D.

Day 4 :

GHANDRUK TO CHOMRONG [2,170M] | Spot to view Mt. Fishtail |5-6hrs| B/L/D

We march along the mountainous path of stone steps. We also pass through a hamlet and cross a suspension bridge, and similarly, a dense forest of bamboo as well. After walking up a little while, a beautiful tea house welcomes us in Jhinu, where we take some rest with a drink & snacks. The trek of Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D resumes to the north, descending Daaulu, and after five hours of walking, we see a beautiful Chomrong village, which is the best place to observe the prominent and mesmerizing view of Machhapuchhre. Overnight stay at the tea house lodge.

Day 5 :

CHOMRONG TO HIMALAYA HOTEL [2,920M] | The amazing mountainous landscapes | 6- 7hrs | B/L/D

We go downhill to the river called Chomrong and again uphill to Khudi-ghar. We trek all day through dense bamboo forest and rhododendron bushes. The amazing mountainous landscapes, along with the Annapurna Himalaya range, take our breath away. After having a short break, we continue walking to the Himalaya Hotel. Overnight stay at the tea house lodge and conclude the fifth day of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D.

Day 6 :

A LEISURE DAY AT HIMALAYA HOTEL | Acclimatize with mountain air| B/L/D

After a continuous trek for four days, we spent our entire day taking a complete rest. Or we can go explore around the Himalaya Hotel. From the Himalaya hotel, we can witness the amazing mountainous landscapes along with the numerous beautiful peaks as well. Overnight stay at the tea house lodge.

Day 7 :

HIMALAYA HOTEL TO MACHHAPUCHHRE BASE CAMP [3,700M] |The place where stars smile | 6- 7hrs | B/L/D

After breakfast, our day starts with climbing the route via the Himalaya Hotel. On the way, we can explore the Hinku cave and other beautiful mountainous landscapes. The trek continues to the Machhapuchhre Base Camp right after lunch. We stay overnight at Machhapuchhre Base Camp, from where we can have the closest glimpse of the Mount Machhapuchhre, Annapurna I, and Gangapurna. Overnight stay at the tea house lodge.

Day 8 :

TREK TO ANNAPURNA SOUTH BASE CAMP AND TRANSFER BACK TO POKHARA BY HELICOPTER [4,130M] | The Himalayas in 360o ° | 3- 4hrs | B/L/D

We walk through a small ridge branching out from the mountain pass to the mountainside with widespread terraced fields showcasing tranquil meadows and lush, fertile farming lands on the eighth day of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek 9N/10D. The vegetation becomes sparse en route to Annapurna Base Camp, with the trail wide open when entering the Annapurna sanctuary.

This is where the view of the south face of Annapurna appears close up with a 360 ° panorama, which makes the trek one of the scenic experiences. Other mesmerizing views of the Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt Annapurna South, Mt. Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and other peaks can also be observed. Chartered Heli will come to pick you up & transfer to Pokhara. Free time at the lakeside in Pokhara and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 :

DRIVE BACK TO KATHMANDU [1,345M] | Time to get triumphant | 5- 6hrs | B/-/D

After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The entire day in the capital is free for shopping and relaxation. It is time to get triumphant of our journey, therefore, in the evening, a farewell dinner will be organized at a Nepali restaurant with a cultural dance program. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10 :

FINAL DEPARTURE | To know how satisfied our guests are measure not only by how tight the goodbye hugs are but by staying in touch with us forever. | B/-/-

This is the last day of your visit. You can enjoy shopping and buying souvenirs for friends and relatives. We will drop you off at the airport 3 hours before the departure time. The memories that you have shared with us matter a lot. Waving hands and goodbye hugs are just not enough; we tell our beloved guests to stay in touch with us, and this is how we feel satisfied.

What is the best time to do the Annapurna Base Camp Trek?

The ideal time for the trek is during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is stable, skies are clear, and mountain views are spectacular.
