Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu [1345m] | Welcoming the guests is our passion
Embarking on our journey begins from Kathmandu, the city with the remarkable architecture dated back to 16th Century. Our team representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. The first arrival day is entirely a break day. In the evening, you can walk around nearby touristic hubs like Thamel and Basantapur Durbar square.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu | the city of arts and architecture|
Kathmandu Valley is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal with a rich artistic and cultural heritage. Kathmandu has been one of the popular destinations for international tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The valley offers a wonderful mix of Hinduism and Buddhism. Right after having breakfast we are off to visit one of the greatest Hindu temple- Pashupatinath, two famous Buddhist Temples- the Boudhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath Stupa continuing on of our historic monument, Kathmandu durbar Square. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to Phedi via Pokhara [900m] 6-7hrs drive| Trek to Dhampus [1,700m] | Embarking on an exciting journey to mountains |1-2hrs trek|
The day introduces us the beginning of our trek. After having breakfast we drive to Pokhara city, 200km west from Kathmandu and about 5-6 hour of drive. We pass through beautiful forests, deep down Trisuli River and Nepali villages on our way to the destination. Upon arrival in Pokhara we take a short 1-hour drive to Phedi from where the most awaited trek starts. After 1-2hrs of a very moderate hiking we get to Dhampus. Overnight stay at a lodge.
Day 04: Dhampus to Landruk [1,550m] | A village of stone staircases, up past streams and fields and a beautiful river way down | |5-6hrs trek |
We can have our first glance of snow-capped mountains in Dhampus along with a beautiful early morning sunrise. After breakfast, we head towards Pothana which offers splendid view of Mt. Machhapuchhre and other beautiful mountains. Walking through farmlands of villages and forests, we eventually get to Landruk and we will be accommodated at a local tea house.
Day 05: Landruk to Chomrong [2,100m] | The spectacular view point of Mt. Fishtail |5-6hrs trek|
We march along the mountainous path of stone steps. We also pass through a hamlet and cross a suspension bridge and similarly a dense forest of bamboos as well. After walking up a little while a beautiful tea house welcomes us in Jhinu where we take some rest with drink & snacks. Trek resumes to the north, descending Daaulu and after five hours of walk we see a beautiful Chomrong village which is the best place to observe the prominent and mesmerizing view of Machhapuchhre. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 06: Chomrong to Dovan [2,850m] | The amazing mountainous landscapes | 5-6hrs trek|
We go downhill to the river called Chomrong and again uphill to Khudi-ghar. We trek all the day through dense bamboo forest and rhododendron bushes. The amazing mountainous landscapes along with the Annapurna Himalaya range take our breath away. After having a short break we continue walking all the way to the Dovan. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 07: Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp [3,700m] |The place where stars smile |6-7hrs trek|
After breakfast our day starts with climbing the route via Himalaya Hotel. On the way we can explore the Hinku cave and other beautiful mountainous landscapes. The trek continues to the Machhapuchhre Base Camp right after the lunch. We stay overnight at Machhapuchhre Base Camp from where we can have the closest glimpse of the Mount Machhapuchhre, Annapurna-I and Gangapurna. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 08: Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna South Base Camp [4,130m] | The Himalayas in 360o |3-4hrs trek|
We walk through a small ridge branching out from the mountain pass to mountain side with widespread terraced fields showcasing tranquil meadows and lush fertile farming lands. The vegetation becomes sparse en route to Annapurna Base Camp with trail wide opened when entering the Annapurna sanctuary. This is where the view of south face of Annapurna appears closed up with 360o panorama which makes the trek one of the scenic experiences. Other mesmerizing views of the Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt Annapurna south, Mt Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks from the Annapurna Base Camp can also be observed. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 09: Annapurna South Base Camp to Chomrong [2,100m] | Passing the dense forest of mixed vegetation |4-5hrs trek|
After discovering the Annapurna South Base Camp we head down back to Chomrong by passing the dense forest of mixed vegetation, cultivated lands, and grasslands. After 5 hours of walk we get to Chomrong where we can enjoy capturing the pictures of majestic great Himalaya range of Annapurna region. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 10: Trek to Ghandruk [1,940m] | The paradise for Gurung culture & tradition | |5-6hrs trek|
We walk along terraced fields beneath the splendid panorama of glaciated Himalayan mountain ranges i.e. Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna-III, Machhapuchhre and Hiunchuli experiencing the warmth and sincere hospitality of locals at Ghandruk Village. Gandruk is widely popular by its hospitality, culture and tradition which is inhabitant by Gurung communities. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 11: Ghandruk to Tadapani [2,410m] | On a path of a steep slope |4-5hrs trek|
Leaving the terraced fields of Ghandruk, we will move on a path of a steep slope. As you ascend, you will pass through the dense rhododendron forest to Tadapani which is an ideal vantage point to view heavenly sight of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Machhapuchhre. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.
Day 12: Tadapani to Ghorepani [2,880m] | The beautiful lap of Poon hill Station| 3-4hrs trek|
We continue trekking ahead to explore the exotic sights of majestic snow-capped Annapurna Himalaya range, forests, beautiful landscapes, cultivated fields and flora and fauna. We walk for 3 hours to Ghorepani which is considered to be one the best touristic spots. Overnight stay at tea house.
Day 13: Ghorepani to Nayapul |4-5hrs trek| Drive to Pokhara [900m] | 2hrs drive| Back to the city of amusements |
In the early morning we climb up to Poon Hill in order to witness one of the best views of western Himalayan ranges in optional. After enjoying the mesmerizing sights of Dhaulagiri and other popular Annapurna Himalaya ranges we leave Ghorepani and descend to Nayapul. You will be picked up by a vehicle to Pokhara. The drive will take about 1 hour to get to the downtown. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 14: Drive Back to Kathmandu [1,345m] | Time to get triumphant | 5-6hrs |
After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The entire day in the capital is free for shopping and relaxation. It is the time to get triumphant of our journey, therefore in the evening, farewell dinner will be organized at Nepali restaurant with cultural dance program. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 15: Final Departure | to know how satisfied our guests are measured not only by how tight the goodbye hugs are but by staying in touch with us forever.
This is the last day of your visit. You can enjoy shopping and buying souvenir to friends and relatives. We will drop you to the airport 3hrs prior to the departure time. The memories that you have shared with us matter a lot. Waving hands and goodbye hugs are just not enough, we tell our beloved guests to stay in touch with us, and this is how we feel satisfied by our services.
