Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After checking in, you will have time to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, we will hold a short pre-trek briefing, where we will discuss the trek itinerary, safety measures, and other essential details. You can explore nearby areas or enjoy a relaxing evening in the vibrant capital city. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day cultural tour of Kathmandu, visiting some of the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The tour includes Bouddhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world and a significant Tibetan Buddhist site. We then proceed to Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River, where you may witness traditional cremation rituals. The sightseeing continues with a visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a well-preserved ancient city showcasing medieval Nepalese architecture, temples, and traditional culture. After an insightful day of exploration, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we leave Kathmandu and embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, a beautiful lake city. From Pokhara, we continue driving to Phedi, the starting point of our trek. The journey offers picturesque views of lush hills, rivers, and small settlements. Upon reaching Phedi, we begin a short uphill trek to Dhampus, a beautiful Gurung village with stunning views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountains. After a rewarding hike, we enjoy a warm meal and settle in for the night at a Tea House Lodge in Dhampus.
Today’s trek takes us through rhododendron and oak forests, offering breathtaking views of the Annapurna range. After breakfast, we ascend towards Deurali, where we stop for lunch while soaking in the mountain scenery. The trail then leads downhill through terraced farmlands and small villages until we reach Landruk, a traditional Magar village. Here, we experience the local way of life and enjoy a peaceful evening with stunning Himalayan views. Dinner and overnight stay at a Tea House Lodge in Landruk.
After breakfast, we begin our trek towards Chomrong, the gateway to Annapurna Base Camp. The trail first descends to Himalpani, where we stop for lunch near a refreshing waterfall. We then climb uphill through forests and cross suspension bridges before reaching Chomrong, a beautiful Gurung village that sits on the lap of the Annapurna range. The breathtaking close-up views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Peak) make this village a perfect resting spot. Dinner and overnight stay at a Tea House Lodge in Chomrong.
Leaving Chomrong, we descend through stone-paved stairs, cross the Chomrong Khola River, and begin a steep ascent towards Sinuwa. The trail then leads through dense bamboo and rhododendron forests, providing a refreshing atmosphere. We stop for lunch at Bamboo, a small settlement surrounded by lush greenery. After some rest, we continue trekking through the forest to reach Himalaya Hotel, located near the Modi River. Dinner and overnight stay at Tea House Lodge in Himalaya Hotel.
Today is a well-deserved rest and acclimatization day to help our bodies adjust to the increasing altitude. You can spend the day exploring the surrounding landscapes, relaxing at the tea house, or engaging in short hikes to nearby viewpoints. Proper acclimatization is essential for a successful trek to Annapurna Base Camp. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and overnight stay at Tea House Lodge in Himalaya Hotel.
After breakfast, we continue trekking through a stunning landscape with towering cliffs and glacial rivers. The trail gradually ascends, passing Deurali and Bagar, where we stop for lunch. As we approach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) at 3,700m, the mountain scenery becomes even more mesmerizing. The panoramic views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Annapurna I, and Hiunchuli make this place unforgettable. Dinner and overnight stay at a Tea House Lodge in MBC.
Today is the highlight of our journey as we trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) at 4,130m. The short but breathtaking ascent takes us into the heart of the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Upon arrival, we are rewarded with a 360-degree view of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and other peaks. After spending time at ABC, capturing photos, and enjoying the serene environment, we return to Machhapuchhre Base Camp for dinner and an overnight stay at the Tea House Lodge.
After breakfast, we retrace our steps back down from MBC, passing through Deurali, Bamboo, and Sinuwa, before reaching Chomrong. The descent is easier on the lungs, but we still need to be cautious on the steep trails. After lunch en route, we reach Chomrong, where we can relax and reflect on our adventure. Dinner and overnight stay at a Tea House Lodge in Chomrong.
From Chomrong, we descend through scenic trails, passing Himalpani before reaching Ghandruk, a culturally rich Gurung village. Known for its traditional stone houses, museums, and stunning Annapurna views, Ghandruk offers a great opportunity to learn about Gurung heritage. We explore the village, interact with locals, and enjoy a traditional Nepali dinner before resting at a local lodge.
Leaving Ghandruk, we enter dense forests filled with rhododendrons and oak trees. The trek to Tadapani is relatively short but involves some uphill climbs. After reaching Tadapani, we relax and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Lunch, dinner, and overnight stay at a local lodge.
The trek continues to Ghorepani, with a scenic lunch stop at Deurali. Upon arrival, we explore the charming village, known for its unique location and traditional tea houses. Dinner and overnight stay at a local teahouse.
Early morning, we hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for a magnificent sunrise view over the Himalayas. After breakfast, we descend towards Nayapul, where our trekking journey ends. A vehicle will take us to Pokhara, where we check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu and check in at the hotel. In the evening, we celebrate the completion of our trek with a farewell dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Enjoy some free time before your departure. We will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight home, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure.
