Over the past 34 years, I’ve had countless smiles and memorable experiences throughout the Himalayan region of Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. The contrast between the icy peaks of the Mountains and those heartfelt smiles of Yak herders, villagers, tea house proprietors, and even local school children has consistently inspired me to remain dedicated to this sector.
I consider myself the luckiest one who has witnessed numerous opportunities of nature and changes throughout the years. The recollection of my own fight for survival in the tourism industry is a priceless memory that motivates me to remain positive in confrontation of challenges. Those hurdles had influenced me as a mentor, and the lesson that I’ve gained became the most significant to pave the way for the dedication and success of this company.
We encountered various obstacles, such as regular strikes, road blocks, internal disputes, a prolonged 12-year Maoist insurgency, an Earthquake, quarantine during COVID sessions, all of which severely impacted the tourism sector. Aftermath, we had to face lots of catastrophes, among them, financial is one. We hold immense respect and heartfelt appreciation for those who stood by our company and helped us to endure through those challenging eras.
After the effects of the pandemic and all those challenges, which have been overwhelming. “Everything negative-pressure, challenges are all opportunities for me to rise.”(Kobe Bryant). Again, I started from the grassroots phase. Self-motivation is very much important for the commencement of my company, my friends, well-wishers more than that, my guests who are waiting for our top-notch services. After 35 years of dedicated work, we have become one of the major travel and tour operators in the region, earning recognition as a top industry player and a leading Tour & travel company. We offer a wide range of services from the land of mountains, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India, supported by a skilled team of 150 employees.
Success at this level of the company is not just an individual’s effort. Well-trained officials, coordinating their work dedication, helped us in many ways. Good team effort is indispensable.
