Overview

This trek has been named the Royal Trek after Prince Charles and his troupe of 90 persons explored the route in the early eighties. The Royal Trek is one of the short and soft treks that follow an easy trail exploring the foothills of Annapurna. The maximum ascent is 1,730m and thus, there is hardly any issue with acclimatization. This trek is basically designed for the beginners who have limited time and it is also regarded as the platform for other grade of trails.

Trip Highlights

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Meet and greet with our representative, then transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 :

After breakfast full day sightseeing of Kathmandu including of Bouddhanath, Pashupatinath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Back to hotel & overnight stay.

Day 3 :

Drive to Pokhara, check-in at hotel. Free time for trek preparation and lakeside excursion. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 :

After our breakfast, drop at Begnas Lake. Full-day excursion of Begnas & Rupa Lake, after lunch trek to Rupakot, dinner & overnight stay at the tea house lodge.

Day 5 :

Trek Rupakot to Ramkot via Chiapani. Lunh at Chisapani, continue trek to cross Sarka Bhanjhyang. Dinner & overnight stay at Teahouse Lodge in Ramkot.

Day 6 :

Trek Ramkot to Ramche via Lipeyani. Lunch at Ramche, dinner & overnight at Ramche.

Day 7 :

Trek to Kalikasthan via Patle and Tiwaridanda. Lunch on the way & overnight in Kalikasthan teahouse.

Day 8 :

After short trek to Rupa Lake excursion of Rupa Lake & Begas Lake. Transfer back to Pokhara at the evening. Check in at the hotel & overnight stay.

Day 9 :

Free day at Pokhara for your personal interest. Tour will be on supplement. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10 :

After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu and check in to hotel, evening followed with farewell dinner & overnight stay.

Day 11 :

Free time until departure transfer. Drop at TIA Kathmandu airport for the final departure.

Items of personal nature such as bar bills, alcoholic beverages, laundry, telephone calls, extra
mileage, personal gratuities as tips to the staffs at hotel, guide, driver, porter etc.
Personal insurance policy – suggested a comprehensive travel insurance covering tour and
flight cancellations, loss of valuables, thefts, illness, accidents and hospitalization.
Expenses incurred by re-routing, inclement weather, floods, famine, political disruptions,
strikes, riots and other disturbances.
Emergency evacuation charges [ Helicopter rescue].
